Director of Quality and Risk Training

I provide onsite training for newly appointed directors overseeing Quality, Risk, Infection Control, Employee Health and/or Clinical Education. The role of a Quality Director is a difficult job to fill, but if properly trained from the start, you can prevent many hours of backend work. I will provide 40 hours of one-on-one training with your new DQM addressing Risk, Quality, Process Improvement, and Survey Readiness key concepts, as well as resource tool sharing and online DQM manual. $4,000

Some projects are difficult to complete for those with constant daily interruptions. It may be more efficient to give this task to someone who can devote uninterrupted time to your project.
I can take these projects off your list and deliver results back to you with expertise and efficiency. Projects to consider: Policy review, auditing, establishing your training manual, automating reports, or even facilitating meetings for your Quality, Medical Executive or Governing Board. Hours and pricing vary dependent upon project scope.
